Glennda Testone Receives Award from WNBA
On Tuesday, July 27, 2010, the WNBA honored several influential women including our Executive Director, Glennda Testone, with an Inspiring Women Award, recognizing their work empowering women and young girls.

The Commission for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Questioning Runaway and Homeless Youth Report

Through our Youth Enrichment Services (YES) Program, we serve over 1,000 young people and a significant number are homeless.
LGBT youth are forced from their homes due to homophobia and intolerance and are subjected to violence, drug addiction and face the risk of HIV infection. Our Executive Director, Glennda Testone and The NYC Commission on Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Questioning Runaway and Homeless Youth briefed Mayor Bloomberg on the issue and the full report can be downloaded here.

Center Advocacy
The Center hosts a variety of political and community advocacy events, and our organization is also active in numerous human rights and social justice initiatives.
