Jai Rodriguez w Boyfriend at Broadway Backwards 4

“Real World: Brooklyn” cast members Katelynn, Scott, and Baya celebrated the Center’s first appearance on the show last night with a packed house at XES. Thank you to XES and to everyone who came out to support the Center! See photos from the amazing event!

Broadway Backwards 4

On Monday, February 9, 2009, the Center presented the fourth installment of Broadway Backwards. The gender-bending benefit concert featured an impressive cast that included Sandra Bernhard, Mario Cantone, Alan Cumming , Gina Gershon, Whoopi Goldberg, Florence Henderson, Jai Rodriguez, Christopher Sieber, TV’s “Ugly Betty” stars Becki Newton and Michael Urie, and a bevy of other performers. This event will feature a special appearance by Peppermint, who was featured in an earlier episode of the “Real World: Brooklyn.” Thanks to XES management and staff for hosting this fundraiser and providing all-night drink specials for Center members!
