Archive Non Discrimination Policy and General User Guidelines

The Center Archive is for use by the entire community. No one will be denied use of materials based on race, color, creed, sex, or sexual orientation. Nor will restrictions be based on political views or affiliation, age, academic credentials, or lack thereof. The Center will make every reasonable effort to accommodate those who wish to use the archive. Drop-in hours are maintained on Thursday evenings, and special appointments are available.

Conformity with the laws of copyright is the responsibility of the user. The archive staff cannot furnish legal advice. The archive staff will make photocopies of materials upon request, provided that there are no restrictions on the records, and the copying process will not damage the materials. There will be a small charge per copy. Reproductions will be produced as quickly as is practical, but it may be necessary for the user to return at another time for the copies. A written statement of user responsibility is included on a form to be signed by all users.
