 Broadway at The Center and LGBT Theatre Company regret to announce that, due to a skiing injury sustained by actor Ted Morin, the return engagement of LOADED, scheduled back by popular demand after it sold out run in January at The Center had been postponed until further notice.   LOADED, the new play by Elliot Ramon Potts, directed by Hector Lugo is a dark comedy about two men looking for common ground above the sheets and features Paul Caiola and Ted Morin. Mr. Morin’s prognosis is good and a full recovery is expected.      

LGBT Theatre Company is the independent resident theater company at the LGBT Community Service Center; a not-for-profit all-inclusive, organization that is dedicated to producing  theatrical work by writers, composers, designers and performance artist whose work promotes the advancement, education, acceptance and understanding of  alternative lifestyles in society. The LGBT Theatre Company is the recipient of the Mackintosh Grant, winner of several Spotlight on Theatre Awards and a 2007 Midtown International Theatre Festival Award.  All proceeds will benefit The LGBT Center and the LGBT Theatre Company.

LOADED, the provocative new play by Elliot Ramon Potts, directed by Hector Lugo is an exhilarating dark comedy which dares to ask the question, “What happens when f**k buddies start talking?” Running ninety-minutes, LOADED breathtakingly unfolds in real time as the characters -- a jaded, 47-year-old man who is used to having the upper hand in intimate encounters and a hopeful, quick-witted 24-year-old -- reveal themselves in a sexually charged tête-à-tête. They thrash out the perceived consequences of a libertine past, the risk of a conformist present and the dithering future of the Gay Community. The sex may have been hot, but the conversation…incendiary. The talented and sexy cast features Paul Caiola and Ted Morin.
