Gender Identity Project (GIP) Services

GIP The GIP offers a range of transgender-driven supportive services, advocacy, outreach, education and capacity-building. We combine our own life experiences with practical training to provide you with individual, couples, and group counseling, as well as information and referral services, community forums, and professional education. We provide an opportunity for trans-identified individuals to interact with other trans-identified and allied service providers, who serve as both powerful role models as well as supportive agents in the process of normalizing a person’s trans-identity. The GIP creates a safe and productive atmosphere for community-building, wellness and self-care, and leadership development. Our helping peers and professionals understand "trans" from the inside out.
