FAQs

  • Payment: Medicaid, sliding fee scale, Cigna, Aetna, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, Value Options (GHI, CHCS), and out-of-network reimbursable.
  • Who is a potential client?18 years or older with substance abuse/dependence; significant other of someone who abuses substances or is substance-dependent.
  • How to get services: call or walk-in and ask for Center CARE Recovery, 10am-6pm.
  • Can someone get services in prevention and the treatment programs? Yes
  • For how long would people get treatment at CCR?6-12 months, with the first three months being more intensive. Arranged on a case-by-case basis.
  • Are services at CCR free for people living with HIV/AIDS as they are at the prevention program? No.
  • Do we provide services for heterosexual people? Yes.
  • Now that we have a physician on site, are we providing HIV tests or other medically related services? No
  • Can other people who are not clients of CCR get services with the doctor? No.
