Founded in 1979, to respond to the lack of health services for the,
often sensitive, needs of lesbians, Lyon-Martin Women’s Health Services
is a non-profit, community-based women’s health clinic. Founded in
1979, Lyon-Martin has grown to be the primary service provider for over
3,000 women and transgender people each year. Lyon-Martin offers:
primary health care; outreach, information and referrals; alternative
and complementary therapies; and access to groundbreaking research.
