Planned Parenthood of
Southeast Iowa shall provide and support an individual's right to
quality reproductive and related health care services.
Planned
Parenthood of Southeast Iowa was founded in 1964 by three dedicated
volunteers who believed deeply in making reproductive health care
services available and accessible to all women in our region. Over the
last 40 years, PPSI has evolved from a single clinic located in a
hospital cafeteria in Keokuk to one of the most trusted reproductive
health care providers in southeast Iowa. Today, PPSI's service area
includes seven counties, and six clinics provide services to
approximately six thousand women, men and teens each year. Clinic
locations include Burlington, Fort Madison, Keokuk, Mount Pleasant,
Wapello and Washington.
