Candidates Nora Anderson and Milton Tingling will have the opportunity to address the LGBT community on their backgrounds and experience, and explain the roles and responsibilities of the Surrogate Court in citizens' lives. The Surrogate court handles the administration of wills and estates, as well as adoptions, so it is vital that LGBT folks know their rights under the law in order to ensure equal treatment before the court!
