From her days in experimental theater at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts to her electrifying turn as front woman of jazz-funk-house collective P-1, singer-songwriter Beth Arentsen wields a thrilling fusion of veracity and vivaciousness. After a triumphant year headlining NYC venues, Beth brings her melodic, bewitching tales to the Center for an intimate evening of songs and stories. Beth will perform (with a full band) songs from her critically acclaimed solo debut “Sap” and preview material from her forthcoming album.
