The East Coast Leather Town Hall (ECLTH) presents a moderated, open forum and panel discussion on the history and future of the different BDSM, Scene, and Leather and Fetish groups. Many people, whether members of this community or just discovering it, are unaware of the vast amount and array of different groups that are out there, their individual purposes and functions, as well as the variety of events in which each are involved.
