Join us as we
present the first Gil Kessler Lecture Series celebrating the important
contributions Gil Kessler has made to New York’s lgbt community. He is a
founder of Black Conference and former Chairman of the Board of the National
Coalition for Sexual Freedom (NCSF). He has been a member of GMSMA (Gay Male
S/M Activists) since 1983, including seven terms as President and over twenty
years conducting workshops and seminars. He created the GMSMA Archives in 1989,
and is still the official Archivist; the files and photos through 2003 have
been donated to the Leather Archives and Museum in
administrator for thirty years, is a classical pianist, a square dancer, and
the teacher on a series of videos on SM-101. Tonight’s lecturer, George
McGeorge is a founder of Black
a well-known and respected support, education, and social group for adults
interested in “the many different expressions of power in love and play in the
context of caring relationships.” He is an officer of the Leather Leadership
Conference and a former Chairman of the Board of the National Coalition for
Sexual Freedom (NCSF).
