The Diversity Committee of the Special Libraries Association of New York presents Jason Baumann, Coordinator of Collection Assessment and LGBT Collections at The New York Public Library, who will walk you through how the NYPL LGBT Committee was able to secure funding for a niche collection in uncertain economic times and what you can do to diversify your development strategy.
