Everything is energy– all energy resonates to a vibration– all vibration relates to color. The human energy system lives in the chakras.
This workshop will explore the chakra system and introduce you to your own energy vibrations.
You will be guided through color visualization, breath and vocal expression to process the balancing and aligning of your chakras.
You will come to experience harmony within your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual self."
No previous experience necessary. All are welcome.
