Connecting to The Right Side of Forty – The Workshop for Gay Men at Midlife
This sixty-minute workshop will allow gay men to gain insight into how their childhood experiences of not fitting with other males inform their interactions as younger gay men (especially if we finally achieve success and popularity, as many younger gay men do) which then leads to how we experience thinking we no longer belong again as older gay men.Sexual attention – your history with attention as a younger gay man and how it impacts on your aging.
For gay men there are four methods of approach towards sexual attention, find out the four, discover the history of which approaches you use, be able to figure out the methods other men use, and think about why as you become older gay men you may need to change your methods.
Bob Bergeron is a psychotherapist in private practice, a public speaker and author of the soon-to-be-published Connecting to The Right Side of Forty – A Guide for Gay Men at Midlife.
