The NYC Council will continue its Hurricane Sandy relief efforts this Saturday, January 19.

As part of this year's Martin Luther King Day of Service, the Council will sponsor a bus for the LGBT Day of Action to go with NYC Service - http://www.nycservice.org/#s - and other volunteers to help out in communities affected by Hurricane Sandy.

The bus will depart from 250 Broadway in Lower Manhattan at 10 a.m. Saturday morning and go to one of the affected neighborhoods. Please RSVP to SandyRelief@council.nyc.gov with your name, email and cell number, and the council will get back to you with additional details.
