The Center and Greenwich Village-Chelsea Chamber of Commerce present Out to Work, New York City’s Second Annual LGBT Career Fair
Join us for New York’s second annual career fair targeted to the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) community. An increasingly large number of companies are looking to diversify their workforce to include the LGBT community, and more companies than ever are interested in demonstrating their workplace policies of fairness and equality with regard to LGBT issues.
Out to Work offers an opportunity to meet with prospective employers in a safe and supportive environment, and further, to be affiliated with companies that respect your rights as full and equal citizens, we encourage you to be one of the many who will attend Out to Work. Last year, more than 1,000 individuals attended Out to Work which had forty exhibitors from varying industries including HSBC, Ernst & Young, KPMG, Con Edison, Google, Crunch, UPS, NYPD, FDNY, Commerce Bank, Whole Foods and YMCA. At this year's event, we anticipate over fifty exhibitors. Additionally, career coaching sessions will be offered free of charge to attendees.
Presented by the Center in association with the Greenwich Village-Chelsea Chamber of Commerce, a nonprofit membership organization and the voice of the area’s business community since 1949. Community partners include HRC, Pride Agenda & NGLCC.
