Meeting & Conference Services
Meeting and Conference Services is one of the many community-building programs at the Center. If you're planning a party, a political event, a wedding, or a play reading, please consider the Center for inexpensive, community meeting space!
Renting space at the Center is a great organizing tool, and the Center is a fun place to meet. You get space, equipment and event-planning assistance, all at a reasonable price. You also receive a free listing in Center Happenings, the Center's monthly newsletter, on the Center's website, and in Coming Up!, the Center's weekly email listserv. The further in advance you make your request, the more likely the room and equipment you desire will be available.
Space is available Sunday through Friday, 9:00AM-10:30PM, and Saturday, 9:00AM-1:00AM.

Please fill out the Space Request Form if you are interested in renting space at the Center. NOTE THAT A REQUEST IS NOT A CONFIRMED BOOKING. Meeting and Conference Services staff will let you know if your request can be accommodated. Response time is generally two to three business days depending on the volume of requests and the complexity of the individual request.
