Robert Bartley Creator, Director & Choreographer

Directing/Choreography: Broadway Backwards 1, 2, 3 & 4, The Cuban and the Redhead, for which he is co-composer/lyricist/book writer with Danny Whitman (Festival of New American Musicals, LA; NAMT, NYC; and York Theatre); Family Fiorelli (NYMF); Hair (Peculiar Work's Obie-winning sequel East Village Fragments); and Tales of Custard (Daryl Roth Theatre). Robert performed on and off Broadway in shows such as Miss Saigon, Cats, and Cy Coleman's Exactly Like You.

Paul Staroba Musical Director

Paul Staroba served as the associate conductor for Grey Gardens (Broadway) and the Playwrights Horizons production of Saved (Playwrights Horizons). He can be seen this spring at the new musical Happiness (Lincoln Center), also as associate conductor.  Other keyboard credits include, Broadway: Les Misérables, A Chorus Line, Legally Blonde, Young Frankenstein, Grease, Wicked, In the Heights, Spamalot, and Pal Joey. Off-Broadway: Grey Gardens, Altar Boyz, Take Me Along.

Paul Miller Lighting Designer

Broadway: upcoming Vanities, Legally Blonde, Freshly Squeezed and Laughing Room Only. Broadway Backwards 3, Family Fiorelli (NYMF), Resident Designer for Tennessee Rep for 2 seasons (Ideal Husband, Cyrano, Little Foxes, Evita, Romeo & Juliet). Served as Creative Director/Head of Design for commercial costume companies, Paper Magic Group and Disguise,Inc. Lane has his own label Black Sheep & Orchid, LLC www.blacksheepandorchid.com. MFA Costume Design, UCI. Films: The Last Castle, The Unspeakable, Life in Slow Motion.

Penny Ayn Maas Associate Director/Associate Choreographer

Penny choreographed the off Broadway shows Sessions, The Marriage Contract  and Kaboom!  As a director/choreographer, she mounted Thoroughly Modern Millie (Columbia Gorge Repertory Theatre) and Swingtime Canteen (Theatre Barn).  Choreography credits include The Mikado and Swingtime Canteen (Weston Playhouse), and three productions at Tarrytown Music Hall.  This is her second time assisting Robert Bartley and working on Broadway Backwards!

Jim Caruso Host

Jim Caruso recently appeared alongside Liza Minnelli in Liza's At The Palace!, singing, dancing and celebrating the music and arrangements of the late Kay Thompson and the Williams Brothers. And for the past six years, Jim Caruso has hosted a Monday night showbiz bash called "Jim Caruso's Cast Party," which was honored with a New York Nightlife Award, as was his Broadway at Birdland concert series.
