Join us at the 25th Garden Party, the only LGBT tasting event in the country benefiting the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Community Center, presented once again by Prudential. This year we celebrate both the 25th anniversary of the Center and the 25th Garden Party with more than 30 restaurants, an open bar and star-powered entertainment including the return of our host Kate Clinton!

This year we are also pleased to welcome our Event Chair, Gourmet Editor-in-Chief, Ruth Reichl. We will be returning to Pier 54 with lots of tasty and delicious food from some of New York’s finest culinary destinations. Thanks to Ruth's participation, three of our Celebrity Chefs offering tastings of some of their award-winning and delicious dishes are David Chang, executive chef and owner of Momofuku, Ko and Ssam Noodle Bar; April Bloomfield executive chef and co-owner of The Spotted Pig; and Johnny Iuzzini, executive pastry chef at Jean-Georges Restaurant.

Garden Party is NYC’s official kick-off to Pride Week, raising much-needed funds that allow the Center to keep its doors open 365 days a year. Most importantly, the money raised at Garden Party allows the Center to build and support our community through advocacy, culture and health programs, as well as meeting and conference services, and provides a safe and welcoming environment.
