Ilene Chaiken Ilene Chaiken, Creator and Executive Producer of "The L Word," is a respected writer/director/producer in both film and television. She recently launched OurChart.com, a social networking website for the lesbian community. Previously, Chaiken wrote the Showtime Original Pictures "Damaged Care" and "Dirty Pictures," which won a Golden Globe Award® for Best Television Movie in 2000. She has been recognized as one of Power Up's Top 10 Lesbians in Hollywood and as one of OUT magazine's 100 most powerful gay people in Hollywood. |

Stephanie Gibbons Stephanie Gibbons is FX's Executive Vice President of Marketing and On-Air Promotion, responsible for all network marketing and advertising campaigns, including for its series featuring LGBT characters – notably nip/tuck – which led to FX's recent recognition by GLAAD as one of the most gay-friendly/responsible television networks. Power Up named Gibbons one of the Ten Most Amazing Gay Women in Showbiz. Prior to FX, Gibbons was Senior Vice President, Advertising and Promotions at Showtime, where she spearheaded the company's breakthrough advertising for Queer as Folk and The L Word. |

Lisa Sherman Lisa Sherman is the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Logo, the leading ad-supported cable, satellite, online, mobile and digital entertainment network for the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) audience, from MTV Networks, a unit of Viacom. Sherman oversees all day-to-day production, programming, management, marketing, business and operations of the brand and came to Logo with more than twenty years of business, advertising, marketing and management experience. |
