Padres y Familias - LUGARES QUE SABEMOS EL & CONFIANZA PARA AYUDARTE & TUS AMADOS

PFLAG New York City & PFLAG for Families of Color and Allies in New York City (PFLAG FCA, NYC)

This is a family organization that strives to maintain family unity. PFLAG FCA, NYC promotes the health and well-being of gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender persons, their families and friends through: support, to cope with an adverse society; education, to enlighten an ill-informed public; and advocacy, to end discrimination and secure equal civil rights. PFLAG FCA, NYC provides an opportunity for dialogue about sexual orientation and gender identity, and acts to create a society that is healthy and respectful of human diversity. PFLAG FCA, NYC seeks to create cross-culture synergism and to make our ethnic communities safe for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender persons through education and advocacy.

They have monthly confidential support meetings THE FIRST SUNDAY OF EVERY MONTH (except July) FROM 1-3 PM right here at the LGBT Community Center, 208 West 13th (bet. 7th & 8th Aves.)
