“The Y.E.S. program is open to all youth between the ages of 13 and 21. Young people who are already enrolled or participating in program activities are welcome to continue through their 22nd year. When they turn 23, they are no longer eligible for participation in program activities.”

Well, if you’re already a member of the YES Program & that 23rd birthday is approaching or if you were an active member in the past, Fear Not! YES now has an Alumni network, so let’s stay connected! Our Community of Inclusion doesn’t end when you turn 23, complete this form with your latest contact information (name, address, phone number, email) to be added to our Alumni database.  A YES Alum will get in touch with ways you can still give back to the YES Community.
